Hey, my order has partially shipped

Apologies if your order has partially shipped. If your order has been split, it means instead of making you wait until all items are ready we've sent your order out to you so you can get it as quickly as possible. The remaining items will be on their way to you shortly and we will email you the tracking code for it!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Contrl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will do our very best to assist upon inquiry. Contrl will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
